Can you try with vpn?
We noticed TimeBlocks Cloud doesn't work properly in China since China government block all traffic out side of China.
We are going to build China server in 1-2 month for stable service.
At that time, everything will work properly
If you use the Forgot Password link in a VPN environment, it should work.
